This initial conversation offers you time to learn more about Lisa’s experience, background, and approach to working with clients. This is a great time to share your goals as well as ask any questions you may have regarding how she can help you and what you can expect from working with her.

2. First Session & Follow Ups
In the first session, Lisa will define clear steps to start positive changes to mindset and behavior. You’ll discuss big picture goals, what success will look like for you, and identify specific areas of healing to target in follow up sessions. Follow up sessions are tailored to individual needs and include nutrition education, strategizing, handouts, worksheets, and 24/7 text support in between sessions.

One-On-One Nutrition Counseling
Medical and holistic nutrition therapy to help treat, reverse, manage, and prevent disease. We understand no one is the same, therefore we use a personalized whole person approach to heal you from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating issues like PCOS, Disordered Eating, IBS/IBD, Fatty Liver Disease, Limited Food Preferences, High Cholesterol or other issues related to weight and wellness Lisa will support your physical and emotional healing. You’ll learn HOW to eat, you’ll decrease your medications (even get off them for good), prevent disease (maybe even reverse it!), you’ll understand how food and movement impacts your body and the BEST routine for you. You’ll also learn HOW to tune into your body, truly care for yourself, and live out your values with meaning and purpose to heal for good. Counseling packages or individual sessions are available so you can choose which is best for you.
Couple or Group Nutrition Counseling
Whether it's you and your bestie, husband, Fiancé, child, or closest family member - Lisa knows having a partner when making lifestyle changes makes it that much more life-changing! Lisa provides tailored medical and holistic nutrition therapy to each individual and curates couple nutrition sessions together based on shared goals. So you both can start living the best life you’ve alway wanted too! Couple counseling sessions are available in packages or individual sessions so you can choose which is best for you.

As a asian-american I found it difficult to find a Dietitian that didn't villanize my asian foods. I booked Lisa for a discovery call and was happy to hear her tell me that WHITE RICE would not have to be removed from my diet in order for me to manage my high cholesterol and fatty liver disease. I worked with Lisa for 3 months, following her recommendations - I ate white rice every day, I ate more food than I ever ate before in my life AND not only did I lower my cholesterol to normal BUT completely REVERSED my fatty liver disease!
